We want Step Up to be low maintenance, and yet provide a high reward in blessing others.

In introducing Step Up top a new area, we use the model of a ‘pilot year’.  Basically this gives leaders the chance to get to grips with the material, language and format that we use.  During this year there is a high level of support from the management team in terms of leading sessions, and offering support to the hub leader.  Because of this, however, we are are only able to offer 2 pilot opportunities per year.

Step Up operates through ‘hubs’ which allow participants to journey to gather with others.  The hubs are locally led and, after the pilot year, the hub leaders and their teams facilitate the majority of teaching and mentoring.
